• The Condominium Board holds its meetings on the 2nd Thursday of each month at 7:00 PM.

• Unit owners can manage their Condominium assessment account or arrange for electronic payment of their monthly assessment through Vanguard Management Associates.

• Fountain Hills Condominium is changing to new a parking permit. Complete the parking pass application to receive new passes.

• Unit owners send a Notice of Loss to report damage to their condominium unit.
