Parking Permit Tag Replacement

The Board of Directors would like to remind all homeowners that it is their responsibility to contact the Management Agent should their permit parking tags need replacement for either breakage or lost tags. If your parking tags become unusable, the owner may request a replacement tag. However, the damaged tag must be returned to management. Otherwise, a $25.00 charge will be added to the homeowner's account. If the owner misplaces or loses a parking tag, a $25.00 fee will be charged before a new tag may be used.

Do not send your old parking permit tags to the management agent until you have received your new tags. Any car parked on the Condominium's common parking area without proper tags will be towed at the owner's expense.
