May 10th Board Meeting Cancelled

The monthly board meeting of the Council of Unit Owners scheduled for Thursday, May 10th has been cancelled.  The board will next meet at its regularly scheduled meeting Thursday, June 14th at 7:00 PM at the Germantown Community Center. 

Board members are volunteers who are unit owners elected to develop policy and oversee financial management of the condominium. In order for the board to hold a meeting, there must be at least 3 members of the board able to attend the meeting. The May meeting was cancelled when work and personal matters would prevent several members of the board from attending the meeting.  

The discussion and vote on the proposed 2018-19 budget for the condominium will be rescheduled to be part of the June meeting agenda.  The Board sincerely regrets any inconvenience to our unit owners and residents.
